Ending a marriage is a difficult and consequential decision. It’s never easy. But it’s vital that you get through your process in a way that above all lets you be loving and forgiving to yourself. We don’t advocate for divorce, nor do we attempt to talk you out of it. Our approach to coaching is centered around meeting you where you are and working together to ensure that your decision and your process encourage and reflect self love, self forgiveness, and ultimately self renewal.

    Conflict is inevitable in any relationship. Divorce, especially when dealing with high-conflict situations, can be emotionally and physically exhausting. We offer specialized guidance to help you manage communication, set boundaries, and protect your peace and well-being, allowing you to move through the process with clarity and dignity. We support you before, during and after the process, teaching strategies and building strength to help you come out whole and empowered.

    We hold space for you to reconnect with your intuition, heal your relationship with your body, and process what’s been holding you back. Together, we’ll create practices that support emotional balance, from breathwork to journaling to simple, sustainable self-care.

    Together, we work to understand the patterns, beliefs, and stressors that might be affecting your well-being. Mental health is central to everything I do, and our work may include mindset coaching, self-reflection tools, and daily rituals that help you stay grounded and resilient.

    The Spiritual

    I believe wellness includes finding meaning and connection—to yourself, to others, and to something greater. This doesn’t need to mean religion (though it can); it might look like helping you tune in to your inner wisdom, align with your values, or simply make space for stillness and presence in a busy, buzzing life.
