Trom Within Health & Wellness is a body and mind healing practice focused on helping women find the healthiest version of themselves. From Within Health & Wellness was started by Kathy Kloman, M.A., M.F.T., a holistic health coach, certified personal trainer, and college professor.
Kathy has over 15 years of experience in the health and wellness space. Using a compassionate and integrative approach, Kathy combines evidence-based strategies with personalized coaching to guide women toward physical, mental, and emotional wellness. Her aim is to help women take charge of their health, find balance, and thrive at every stage of life.
A mother of three, she has a passion for women’s and family health and wellness, and has helped numerous women build healthy nursing relationships with their children as a certified lactation counselor.
Kathy is currently a member of the adjunct faculty at Santa Ana College, where she teaches courses on physical and mental health, and she has committed herself to honing her expertise through practice and through the pursuit of knowledge and continuous growth. In addition to her work at Santa Ana College she also has the following designations:

the Physical
I support you in building strength, improving mobility, and creating a body in which you feel confident and at home. Through mindful movement and personalized fitness strategies, we’ll focus on what feels good—not just what burns calories.
the emotional
I hold space for you to reconnect with your intuition, heal your relationship with your body, and process what’s been holding you back. Together, we’ll create practices that support emotional balance, from breathwork to journaling to simple, sustainable self-care.
the mental
I work with you to understand the patterns, beliefs, and stressors that might be affecting your well-being. Mental health is central to everything I do, and our work may include mindset coaching, self-reflection tools, and daily rituals that help you stay grounded and resilient.
the spiritual
I believe wellness includes finding meaning and connection—to yourself, to others, and to something greater. This might look like helping you tune in to your inner wisdom, align with your values, or simply make space for stillness and presence in a busy, buzzing life.
